No, you dont cut all the way through, you need to be a little careful😅
Beautiful work. If you want the shoulders to stay in one position...you can turn the top in side out and add elastic to the seam on the left and onto the right a quick tack with a needle and thread...then you can slip the top back on with the elastic going directly under your armpit...this stops the top from riding up😬
